The Canning Show is conducted each year by the Canning Agricultural, Horticultural & Recreational Society. This year the Show will be held on 6th and 7th of November 2009.

  • Children 5 to 15 years $5
  • Aged Pensioner Card Holders $5
  • Companion Card Holders free (only when accompanying their charge)
  • Children under 5 free
Opening Times:
  • Friday 5:00pm to 10:00pm
  • Saturday 9:00am to 10:00pm

Exhibiting at the Show
You may like to enter into one of the many competitive sections at the Show. These range from Arts & Crafts, Photography, Sewing & Flowers, for all ages. Prize money is awarded with Champion winners being invited to attend the Presentation Evening, to receive their Certificates, Rosettes, Sashes and Trophies.

Ground Space for Stalls

The gates open from 5:00pm to 10:00pm Friday and 9:00am to 10:00pm Saturday. This means in 18 hours 11,000 people who may not normally visit your business will get the opportunity to do so.

Ground Space and Stall Site Fees:
Retail Stall 6.50 per square meter, Minimum fee $70.
Show Bags, Food and Ice Cream Stall $9.50 per square meter.
Coffee and Drinks only Stall $110 each.
Veranda Stall 2.5m x 3m $95 each.
Power Connection $32 each connection.
Three Phase Power Connection $83 each connection.

Pre Erected Marquees
Save the hassle of setting up and pulling down cabana’s and tents. Pre Erected 3 meters x 3 meters Marquees are only $180 per marquee plus ground space. Should you require extra power its only $32 extra.
